This beautiful residential property made it debut as a high spec display home for a local builder. This was their first display home and the stakes were high. The brief was not only to make lasting first impressions with potential buyers but also to aim for an award nomination with HIA (Housing Industry Association).

This project features Pallas Luxury Hybrid Planks in Spotted Gum, Haymes Organic 1 internal paint, bespoke kitchen joinery in Nikpol White Grey and a curved Corian® Benchtop in River Pearl.

This display home has gone to win multiple HIA awards including HIA Brisbane 2012 Display Home $300,001 – $500,000. It was also the quarterly winner of the Corian® design awards and is featured on Corian® website https://casf.com.au/project/leapai/
